In order to fulfill our contractual obligations with clients, and to establish or maintain support, it is necessary to securely hold personal data at the start of a client consultation. We have in place electronic and physical procedures to secure information that we collect from you.
We will only use your data to fulfill our contractual obligations and this data will not be shared with any third party, such as your Veterinary, without prior written consent with you.
Your data will not be used for marketing purposes.
That data will not be shared with any third party without prior written consent from you.
Data will be stored for a period of 7 years and then securely destroyed.

The client has the right to request copies of data held by Animal Therapy Works.
We will provide the requested data within one calendar month of receiving your request.
The client has the right to lodge a complaint with regards to data protection, with a supervising authority.
In certain circumstances, laid out in Article 17 of the GDPR, the client has the right to erasure of data.
